There is no doubt that radio controlled aircraft is the king of the RC community.  Flying a radio controlled plane is exhilarating and very challenging.  If you want to have your own radio controlled model plane, all you need to do is to browse different Rc Hobby Websites to find the right aircraft.  Unfortunately, it is not easy to choose the best RC plane.  There are lots of models available for you and choosing the best one can be very confusing.  To make your search simpler, consider these important guidelines when buying a radio controlled aircraft.

Durability and state of the art features should be considered also.  There is always the possibility of crashing your radio controlled plane especially if you are a first time flyer.  So it would be best to select a crash-proof radio controlled model plane.  You can choose a model made from durable foam.  Flexible wings are also more durable than rigid wooden wings.  For advanced features, it is best if you can choose a model that is equipped with anti crash technology.  An ATC is an electronic sensor that can detect the altitude of the plane in relation to the horizon.  If the sensor detects trouble or if you lose control, then the anti crash technology will kick-in automatically to stabilize the plane thus preventing a fatal crash.
