how can i lock my pc from porno sites from kids but still can unlock it for me and my husband?

i made my pcs for commmercial use for kids and students in the subd. One day i heard them whispering w/ one another. When i go over the history, i found out porno websites visited. I tried to copy/paste the url in the restricted sites in the internet options but the webpage still opens.

Kids in these days are smarter in tech world than adults. If you believe those simple method can prevent them from accessing porn sites, you are seriously mistaken. If you set block options in IE, they can still use different browser. Parental control software is also useless. Kids can simply bypass them entirely by booting with Linux Live CD – although you don’t know what it is, please don’t assume kids don’t know them. There is virtually no way to prevent them. However, if I would do it, I would block them from router (not on browser, not on PC) with both blocked URL, IP, and keyword. If this seems to be too technical, please seek a help from experts.
