Cheap Scrapbook Paper

Im a first time scrapbooker?

My best friends birthday is on Wednesday and I’m making her a scrapbook. I already printed out the pictures and I planned out each page. Theres going to be about 10 pages. Now I just need help putting it all together. Where can I get cheap (like $20-$30) materials? I know I need scrapbooking paper,stickers,pens(gel type ones),stencils and stuff like that. Should I get a pre-made one from target for $25 or just get everything separately and do it myself? The pre-made one comes with: 12×12 scrapbook,paper,card stock,stickers,stencils,page protectors and some other stuff. Also what are some neat and original ideas to put the scrapbook together and make it my own? I know I need to put pictures,quotes,descriptions,inside jokes, but what else?

Because you’re a beginner, and because you have a specific purpose/theme in mind, go with the pre packaged kits. Get one your friend will like.

It will come with everything you need.

More help is impossible. I’d need to see the pictures and the kit you want.
