[Server Merge] How do I access the game after the servers are merged?

The Korea, Japan, and Asia servers will be merged into the Asia server. Following the server merge, the existing Korea, Japan, and Asia servers will be displayed as (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia, respectively. Accounts that were used on the (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia servers before the server merge will retain their respective account information after the merge and will not be consolidated into a single account. When you select the Asia server, how you enter the game will depend on how many accounts you have on the servers being merged. ● If you do not have an account on any of the servers being merged → Create a new account to enter the game. ● If you have one account on the servers being merged → Enter the game using your existing account. ● If you have two or more accounts on the servers being merged → Select the existing account you want to play with before entering the game. ● If you have multiple accounts on the servers being merged → When you first log in, your accounts will be displayed as (Former) Korea (Nickname), (Former) Japan (Nickname), and (Former) Asia (Nickname) so you can tell them apart and select one. After your first login, you will automatically enter the game using the account you selected most recently. If you want to switch to a different account, you can select the desired account again through the server selection screen. The Global server is not included in the server merge and will continue to operate as before.

[Server Merge] What will happen to accounts that are already linked?

Accounts that were linked to a platform before the server merge will remain linked after the server merge. If your mobile and PC accounts on the same server were linked to each other before the server merge, the existing link will remain unchanged after the merge. Example) Mobile (Former) Korea account <-> PC (Former) Korea account linked Mobile (Former) Japan account <-> PC (Former) Japan account linked Mobile (Former) Asia account <-> PC (Former) Asia account linked As shown above, accounts linked to the existing servers will remain linked after the server merge. After the merge, the platform will display the linked accounts as Asia server accounts.

[Server Merge] What will happen to accounts that are not linked to a platform?

If you have two or more accounts on the (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, or (Former) Asia servers and some of them are not linked to a platform, you can still only link accounts that were on the same server before the merge. Example) You have accounts on all three servers: (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia. (Former) Korea server account <-> (Former) Korea server account: Can be linked (Former) Japan server account <-> (Former) Asia server account: Cannot be linked, even though both accounts will be changed to the merged Asia server after the server merge. After the server merge, if you create a new account on the Asia server and link it to a platform, you can select and link only one of your existing (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, or (Former) Asia server accounts. Example) You have accounts on all three servers: (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia. You can select and link only one account from your (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia accounts. The selected account can be used on the Asia server and will be displayed as an Asia server account on the platform. Accounts that were not selected will remain as they are and will not be linked to the platform account. If you wish to link one of these accounts later, you must link it to a different platform account. ※ Account linking can only be completed once. Please carefully select the account you wish to link.

[Server Merge] What happens to newly created accounts on the merged Asia server?

After the server merge, any new account will be created as an Asia server account, and you can select and link one account from your existing (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, or (Former) Asia server accounts. However, if the platform account already has an existing (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, or (Former) Asia server account linked to it, you cannot create an additional Asia server account on the same platform account. If you wish to create a new Asia server account, you must reset your existing account before creating a new one. Example) If you have an existing (Former) Korea server account on Steam: Keep the existing (Former) Korea account -> Cannot create an additional Asia server account If you wish to create a new Asia server account: Reset existing account -> Create a new Asia server account -> Select and link one account from your existing (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, or (Former) Asia accounts

[Server Merge] What should I do if I want to link all of my accounts on the merged server?

If you have multiple accounts across the (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia servers and wish to link all of them to a platform, you can link only one of your existing (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, or (Former) Asia accounts to your Asia server account after the server merge. If you wish to link all of your accounts, please create an account for each server on a platform (Google, Apple, or Steam) and link it before the server merge. Example) You have accounts on all three servers: (Former) Korea, (Former) Japan, and (Former) Asia. (Former) Korea account -> Create and link a (Former) Korea account on the platform (Former) Japan account -> Create and link a (Former) Japan account on the platform (Former) Asia account -> Create and link a (Former) Asia server account on the platform Please link each server account to a separate platform account in advance.

[Server Merge] What happens if I reset my server account on the merged server?

After the server merge, if you reset your server account on the merged Asia server, only the currently selected account will be reset. When an account is reset, all information associated with the currently selected account will be reset and cannot be recovered. If you have multiple accounts on the Asia server, any account that was not selected for server account reset will remain unchanged.

[Server Merge] How will Group Ranking numbers be handled after the server merge?

As the Korea, Japan, and Asia servers are merged, Group Ranking numbers will be reassigned to prevent duplicate group numbers. Groups will be renumbered in the following order: Asia ➡️ Japan ➡️ Korea Any new groups created after the server merge will be numbered following the final existing Korea server group number. [Server Merge] Will Gauntlet Rotation Ban records be retained?

[Pick / Win Counts] Pick and win counts for each Savior will be combined across all three servers. [Ban Level Reset] Ban Levels for each Savior will be reset when the servers are merged and will begin accumulating again after the merge.

[Server Merge] How will duplicate Guild names be handled?

If duplicate Guild names exist at the time of the merge, a server-specific suffix (_K, _J, or _A) will be temporarily added to distinguish them. Example: “StarSavior” Guild ➡️ Korea: StarSavior_K / Japan: StarSavior_J / Asia: StarSavior_A Affected Guilds will receive one “Guild Name Change Request” in their Guild Inventory, allowing the Guild Leader to change the Guild name.
