[Notice]Notice Regarding Loading Freezes After the September 17 Update

Following the September 17, 2026 update, we identified an issue where the game may become stuck on the loading screen under certain environments.
While we investigate the cause and work on a fix, please use the temporary workaround below to help ensure smoother gameplay.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you change the following settings until the issue is resolved.

1. Open the Profile Menu
   Select your profile in the upper-left corner of the Main Lobby.

2. Change the Lobby Settings
   Under Lobby Settings, switch to any Lobby option other than the Savior/Background settings in the “Basic” tab.

3. Apply the Changes
   Apply the new settings and check whether the game proceeds normally.

We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible so that you can return to playing under normal conditions.
