We would like to inform you of the currently known issues identified in StarSavior.

We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible,
and once they have been fixed, we will provide an update through this notice.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

[Known Issues]
1. An issue where selecting [Savior > Stella Archive > Go to Journey] and then pressing Back does not return to the Savior menu.
2. An issue where enhancement effects are displayed incorrectly on certain mobile devices.
3. An issue where the images for [Observation > New Captain Savior Observation] and [New Captain Arcana Observation] are displayed using the pre-revamp versions.
4. An issue where retrying a battle in Overload Cube restarts the battle using Party 1.
5. An issue where Chain DMG in Gauntlet Strategy Battle is incorrectly displayed as “Elves’ Thunderstrike Activated.”
6. An issue where Luna’s voice does not play when selecting [Headquarters > Moon Garden].
7. An issue where the reorder UI is not displayed when selecting a Gear Preset slot. (September 22, 01:40 UTC)
8. An issue where clearing a stage below the unlock requirement after a higher Overload Cube stage has already been unlocked prevents access to the higher stage. (September 22, 09:50 UTC)
9. An issue where typos are displayed in the Lv. 2, Lv. 3, and Lv. 4 descriptions of Lydia’s unique Passive Skill, “Pursuer of the Void,” under the Japanese language setting. (September 23, 08:20 UTC)

10. An issue where Carnelia’s “Prayer for Rest (Cannot Be Removed)” effect in Cosmo Gate can be removed. (September 28, 01:35 UTC)
11. An issue where the tutorial may not proceed correctly under certain conditions, preventing access to content or causing the game to close. (September 28, 09:05 UTC)
※ This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the October 1 update.
12. An issue where the Title cannot be changed to “New Captain” under [Account Profile > Title Settings] while another Title is currently applied. (September 29, 01:05 UTC)
13. An issue where the currency is displayed incorrectly when moving directly from the A Study in Gray Event > Minigame Main Screen to Candle Square. (September 29, 07:15 UTC)
14. An issue where Blessing in Bloom: Epindel was missing from New Captain Savior Observation and the Special Starter Savior Selection Package. (September 29, 10:20 UTC)
※ This issue is scheduled to be fixed during the October 1 maintenance. The following measures will be taken for affected Captains.

[New Captain Savior Observation]
● New Captain Savior Observations performed during the eligibility period will be reset.
● Eligibility Period: After the September 17 maintenance - Before the October 1 maintenance
※ Captains who performed New Captain Savior Observation during this period will receive 10 dedicated New Captain Savior Observation Tickets.
※ These exclusive Observation Tickets will be removed during the October 15 maintenance.

[Special Starter Savior Selection Package]
● Captains who purchased the package during the eligibility period may request to exchange the Savior obtained from the package for Blessing in Bloom: Epindel.
1) If the Savior obtained from the package has not undergone Limit Breaks:
-> The Savior will be removed. Resources spent upgrading that Savior will be refunded.
2) If the Savior obtained from the package has undergone Limit Breaks and/or Stellar Sigil engraving:
-> The Savior’s Limit Break and/or Stellar Sigil engraving stage will be reduced. Resources spent upgrading the Savior will not be refunded. (The Savior’s level and other growth progress will remain unchanged.)
● Eligibility Period: After the September 17 maintenance - Before the October 1 maintenance
● Request Period: After the October 1 maintenance - October 7, 19:00 UTC
● Exchange Date: During the October 15 maintenance
※ If you wish to exchange the Savior you obtained, please remove that Savior from all party formations before submitting a request to Customer Support.
※ The replacement Savior will be Blessing in Bloom: Epindel. Exchanges for other Saviors are not available.
※ Growth materials used on the removed Savior will be refunded to your mailbox.

15. An issue where Gwen cannot be selected during Gauntlet Ranked Match. (October 1, 06:20 UTC)
16. An issue where the Space bar shortcut does not work on the Journey reward acquisition screen when playing on PC (Steam client). (October 1, 06:10 UTC)
17. An issue where the “Gauntlet Loadout” text is displayed on Stella Archives under [Journey Start > Stella Archive Selection]. (October 1, 08:25 UTC)
18. An issue where an item currently under development is displayed on the Equipment Enhancement screen (October 8, 04:30 UTC)
19. An issue where the party formation was not saved when entering the "Discordant Duet on the Black Snowfield" event Challenge Stage. (October 8, 06:05 UTC)
20. An issue where some icons were not displayed in the Challenge of the Stars EX for Gille and Tyria in Cosmo Gate. (October 8, 06:10 UTC)
21. An issue in Gauntlet Strategy Battle where, if a Savior equipped with a Skin is deployed and the opponent deploys the same Savior without a Skin, the Skins of the two Saviors may occasionally be displayed incorrectly as swapped. (October 12, 07:50 UTC)
